Respondents Prayer:- Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., directing the second respondent to register the case and to take necessary action against the above mentioned persons in accordance with law on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner dated 17.03.2015.

ORDER

Seeking a direction to the respondents police to Register a case on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner dated 17.03.2015, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police.

3. On a reading of the complaint, it appears that the petitioner was in possession of poramboku land and the opposite parties were causing nuisance to the petitioner. On a reading of the complaint, it does not disclose the commission of cognizable offence. Hence, no positive direction could be given to the respondent police to register a case.

4. With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with the liberty to the petitioner to workout her remedy in the manner known to law.
