PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C to direct the first respondent to register the case on the complaint made by the petitioner on 22.03.2016 and to investigate the same and to file a final report expeditiously within the time as stipulated by this Court.

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to register a case on the complaint made by the petitioner on 22.03.2016 and to investigate the same and file a final report.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

petition enquiry is pending in CSR.No.58 of 2016 before the first respondent.

4. Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the first respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry expeditiously and during the course of enquiry, if any cognizable offence is made out, a regular case shall be registered, following the decision laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari v. Government of Uttarpradesh and Others reported in (2014) 2 SCC 1, otherwise the petition may be closed under intimation to the petitioner.
