C.M.A.Nos.1274 of 2007, 1998 and 1999 of 2009 and 2124 of 2017 M.DHANDAPANI,J Today, these matters have come up under the caption "For Being Mentioned", at the instance of this Court.

2. It is brought to the notice by the Registry that Clause relating to payment of compensation to the minors has not been typed.

3. This Court perused para No.18 of the order dated 19/11/2024 made in C.M.A.Nos.1274 of 2007, 1998 and 1999 of 2009 and 2124 of 2017 and finds that there is an omission with regard to payment of compensation to the minors.

4. Accordingly, after second sentence in para No.18, the following portion to be inserted and read as follows:- Page No:1/3

"On such deposit being made while the major claimants are permitted to withdraw the compensation as awarded by the Tribunal along with interest and costs, in so far as the minor claimants are concerned, the same shall be kept in Fixed Deposit by the Tribunal, till such time, they attain majority and the mother of the minor claimants is permitted to withdraw the quarterly interest from out of the said deposit for the purpose of using the same for the benefit of the minors. In case, any of the minors have attained majority in the interregnum, the said minors shall file an appropriate application before the Tribunal to establish their attaining majority and the Tribunal upon satisfying, shall permit the said claims to withdraw their portion of the compensation. 5. Registry is directed to carry out the aforesaid correction and issue fresh order copy to the parties.
