When the matter is listed today under the caption "Being Mentioned", the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that this Court, by an order dated 18.11.2019 disposed the writ petition with a direction to pay the fees as per the order passed by the Division Bench of this Court. The Housing Board has accepted to pay the fees with regard to three bills relating to the Hosur Housing Unit, Thirumazhisai Satelite Division, Ellist Nagar Cases, which comes to Rs.13,31,850/-, whereas , in the operative portion order, it has been wrongly mentioned as Rs.2,02,800/-.

2. On perusal of the records, it is seen that for the three claims, the Housing Board accepted to pay Rs.13,31,850/- , but it has been wrongly typed as Rs.2,02,800/- . Instead of paragraph No.9 of the order in the order dated 18.11.2019, the following paragraph has to be incorporated. "9. In the above circumstances, the Housing Board is directed to pay the first three claims for the sum of Rs.13,31,850/- to the petitioner. So far as the claim in respect of Rs.1,84,800/-, the petitioner is directed to submit the details of case number, bill number and the fees payable to him to the Housing Board within

a period of four weeks. Thereafter, the Housing Board is directed to consider the same and pass suitable orders within a period of eight weeks after giving opportunity to the petitioner. The Housing Board is directed to pay the sum of Rs.13,31,850/- (Rupees Thirteen Lakhs Thirty One Thousand Eight Hundred and Fifty only)within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order."

3. Hence, the Registry is directed to make the above correction in the order dated 18.11.2019 in W.P.No.11122 of 2013 and issue fresh order copy .
