ORDER

(Order of the court was made by HULUVADI G.RAMESH,J.) The writ petition is filed by the petitioner, an Assistant Registrar of Trade Marks & GI, Chennai, challenging the order passed by the Central Administrative Tribunal declining to grant any interim relief in the Application filed by the petitioner challenging his transfer to Kolkatta.

2. It appears that Tribunal had rejected the claim of the petitioner for interim relief on the ground that he had already been relieved. It is also seen that the Tribunal itself had scheduled some time limit for final hearing of the case. Now, it is represented that the petitioner had already joined in the transferred place. Hence, we do not find any reason to interfere with the order passed by the Tribunal. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs. The connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
