This C.M.P. is filed to implead the legal representatives of the deceased 1st petitioner viz., R.Madan Chand, as petitioners 2 to 5 in the above C.R.P.

2.Mr.R.Thiagarajan, the learned counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that the respondent has no objection for allowing this petition.

3.In view of the no objection given by the learned counsel appearing for the respondent, this C.M.P. is ordered. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the cause title and list the C.R.P. on 24.01.2022.
