ORDER

Seeking a direction to the respondent police to to file a final report relating to the Crime No.1702/PH3/14, on the file of the Inspector of Police, Traffic Investigation Wing, T-12, Poonamallee Police, Chennai - 600 056 forthwith., the petitioner has come up with this petition.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police.

3. It is seen that a case has been registered in Crime No. 1702/PH3/14 on 06.12.2014. Hence, the respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry as expeditiously as possible and file a final report or a closure report as the case may be, before the concerned Court and intimate the same to the petitioner herein. Thereafter, the petitioner is directed to workout his remedy in the manner known to law.
