This petition is filed seeking to dispense with the production of the certified copy of order passed in Crl.M.P. No.37819 of 2022, dated 25.11.2022 passed by the learned Metropolitan Magistrate for Exclusive trial of CCB Cases (Relating to cheating cases in Chennai) and CBCID Metro Cases, Egmore, Chennai.

2. Considering the facts and circumstances and being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, this petition is ordered. The Registry is directed to number the Criminal Original Petition, if it is otherwise found to be in order.
