CRIME NO.399 OF 2021 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to extend the time for complying the order of Anticipatory Bail made in Crl.O.P. NO.19508 of 2021 dated 25.10.2021 by appreciating the above stated facts and circumstances and thus render justice. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.GURUPRASAD, Advocate for the Petitioners and of MR.A.GOKULAKRISHNAN, Additional public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to extend the time granted to the petitioners on 25.10.2021 in Crl.O.P.No.19508 of 2021 to execute sureties.
