Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating to the order passed by the 1st Respondent dated 15.12.2011 in R.C.No.024299/Genl.2/2010 and quash the same and direct the Respondents to reinstate the Petitioner with all back wages and benefit to the Petitioner. O R D E R

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the Petitioner was working as Home Guard and the present Writ Petition is filed challenging the order of dismissal. He further submitted that now the petitioner has crossed the age of 58 years and he will not be entitled for any benefits. Hence, the Writ Petition has become infructuous and has made an endorsement to that effect.
