W.M.P.Nos.276 and 278 of 2023 in W.P.No.289 of 2023 M.SUNDAR, J., Captioned 'Writ Miscellaneous Petitions' ['WMPs'] have been filed by the petitioner with prayers (i) to dispense with production of original of 'order dated 31.08.2021 in Reference No.ZD330821003607P issued by the first respondent' {hereinafter 'impugned order' for the sake of brevity} and (ii) to dispense with production of original of 'urgent notice dated 27.09.2022 in GSTIN 33ALLPM9596R1ZU' {hereinafter 'impugned notice' for the sake of brevity}.

2. Mr.Adithya Reddy, learned counsel for writ petitioner adverting to support affidavit attempted to buttress the prayer by stating that the original impugned order and original impugned notice have been served on the petitioner online. Learned counsel drew the attention of this Court to paragraph 8 of the support affidavit, which reads as follows:

'8. I submit that the impugned proceedings were served on the petitioner online. Hence the petitioner is unable to produce the original of the same before the Hon'ble High Court.'

3. In the light of the narrative thus far, dispense with prayers are acceded to. Captioned WMPs ordered as prayed for. There shall be no order as to costs.
