Therefore, this Court directed the Registry to print the name of the Appellants and list the matter for hearing on 04.06.2021. The names of the Appellants have been printed in the cause list today as directed by this Court. However, once again there is no representation on the side of the Appellants. It can now be inferred that the Appellants are not interested in prosecuting the Second Appeal. Accordingly, these Second Appeals are dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs.
