13051 of 2016 dated 06.04.2016 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.P.PARAMASIVA DOSS, Advocate for the petitioner and of NOT APPEARING either in person or by an advocate for the respondent court made the following order:- This petition has been filed by the Management, Tamil Nadu State Express Transport Corporation, Chennai, seeking extension of time to comply with the order, dated 06.04.2016 passed by this Court in W.M.P.No.11393 of 2016 in W.P.No.13051 of 2016.

2. This Court, by order, dated 06.04.2016 has granted an order of interim stay of the Award of reinstatement, subject to the condition that the petitioner Management deposits the entire back wages awarded by the

Labour Court in the impugned order within a period of eight weeks.

3. Citing some administrative reasons, the Transport Corporation has come to this Court seeking extension of time to deposit the entire amount.

4. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has sought four weeks time to comply with the earlier order. But this Court grants two weeks time only.
