(Order of the Court was made by P.N.PRAKASH,J) On 02.02.2021, this Court, passed the following order:- "Pursuant to the order passed by this Court on 21.01.2021, the Superintendent, Central Prison, Salem, submitted the health report of the prisoner which shows that his left hand and leg are paralyzed and that he needs help from some one to even move around in Prison.

Strangely, he has been shifted from Central Prison, Salem to Central Prison, Coimbatore by the Authorities.

We are of the view that he should continue with his treatment from the Doctors in Central Prison, Salem, who have been treating him.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor stated that he would issue necessary instructions to the Authorities for shifting the prisoner from Central Prison, Coimbatore to Central Prison, Salem.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, submitted that the prisoner has been transferred from Central Prison, Coimbatore to Central Prison, Salem and that he is being given treatment in the prison hospital.
