When the above appeal was posted for hearing on 11.11.2021, the learned counsel for the appellant submitted that he has no instructions from the appellant and hence, this Court directed the Registry to print the name of the appellant and post the matter under the caption "for dismissal" on 12.11.2021. On 12.11.2021 also, the appellant was not appeared before this Court either in person or through counsel on record and hence, the matter was posted today "for dismissal". Even today, (15.11.2021) there is no representation on behalf of the appellant either in person or through the counsel on record. Hence, this First Appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs.
