Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, to direct the respondents police not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry in connection with C.No.402/DSP-ALGSC/TVLR/2021 dated 08.10.2021 on the file of the second respondent Police.

ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents Police not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry in connection with C.No.402/DSPALGSC/TVLR/2021 dated 08.10.2021 on the file of the second respondent police.

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that on the guise of enquiry in C.No.402/DSP-ALGSC/TVLR/2021 dated 08.10.2021, the petitioner is being unnecessarily harassed by the respondent Police by calling her for enquiry at odd hours. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that enquiry has been conducted in the above complaint. Further, on the complaint of the petitioner against one Gopalakrishnan in C.No.176/2021 dated 28.04.2021, documents to be verified from the petitioner, hence petitioner's presence is required for further enquiring.

4. In view of the same, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent Police on 22.01.2022 and give her explanation. Thereafter, the respondent Police shall proceed with the complaint of the petitioner.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
