The proceedings in Na.Ka.No.93/2013 dated 09.04.2013 on the file of the 5th respondent, is under challenge in this writ petition.

2.The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowments Administration Department had made a submission that during the pendency of the writ petition, the writ petitioner was appointed as Hereditary Trustee.

3.This being the factum of the case, no further adjudication is required in respect of the grounds raised in the present writ petition.
