ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, seeking for a direction to the respondent to take action by initiating further proceedings against the accused persons based on the F.I.R in Crime No.284 of 2011, dated 12.07.2011. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submitted that the respondent on completion of investigation in Crime No.284 of 2011, filed charge sheet before the Special Court No.II, for Land Grabbing Cases, Allikulam on 01.10.2018.

3.In view of filing of charge sheet in Crime No.284 of 2011, dated 12.07.2011, nothing survives in this matter. The petition is, accordingly, dismissed.
