This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order dated 05.10.2023 in Crl.M.P.No.16065 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.16577 of 2023 to report before the respondent police every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., till filing of the charge sheet.

2.Heard both sides.

3.Considering the submissions, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police monthly twice i.e., on first and last working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., till filing of charge sheet and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation.
