ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the respondents to alter the F.I.R. in Crime No.490 of 2014 dated 11/10/2014 on the file of the Respondent-Police by including section 307 of I.P.C., and three other accused.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. It is alleged by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the investigation in Crime No.490 of 2014 was completed and a final report was filed, which was taken on file in C.C.No.318 of 2014 and after completion of trial, the accused were also convicted on 21.12.2014.

4. In view of the above submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the direction as sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted. Hence, this Criminal Original https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
