ORDER

This petition has been filed to withdraw the HMOP No. 155 of 2022 pending on the file of Subordinate Judge, Ranipet and transfer the same to the file of the Hon'ble Family court, Chennai.

2. The learned counsel for the respondent submits that the respondent has no objection to transfer the case. Accordingly, Subordinate Judge, Ranipet is directed to transfer the HMOP No. 155 of 2022 to the Family court, Chennai.

5. In result, this petition is allowed. No Cost. Consequentially, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
