The above Petition is filed to withdraw and transfer FCOP No.164 of 2023, pending on the file of the Family Court, Ariyalur, to the Family Court Cuddalore.

2. Reasons for seeking the transfer are as follows:- (i) The petitioner/wife is not being maintained by the respondent/husband.

(ii) The petitioner/wife is residing with her parents at Marudadu Village, Cuddalore District.

(iii) The distance between the Cuddalore and Ariyalur is more than 140 Kms.

3. Heard the learned counsel on either side.

4. In the above circumstances the request for transfer appears reasonable and justified. Therefore, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed and FCOP No.164 of 2023, pending on the file of the Family Court, Ariyalur, is withdrawn and transferred to the file of the Family Court Cuddalore. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
