ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to complete the investigation and file final report in Crime No.1776 of 2005 on the file of the respondent police.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the 'Man Missing' FIR is pending before the respondent police.

4. The respondent Police is directed to strictly follow the guidelines given by this Court in K.Sukumari Vs. The Superintendent of Police, Virudhunagar District, Virudhunagar [Crl.O.P.No(MD) 19255 of 2016 daed 18.09.2018] and continue with the investigation.
