This petition has been filed to the second respondent to register the case based on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 07.10.2015 CSR No.435 of 2015, on the file of the respondent and to file the final report.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents and perused the materials placed on record.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on a complaint given by this petitioner dated 07.10.2015, petition enquiry was conducted in CSR.No.435 of 2015 and the same was closed on 30.10.2015. A copy of the Closure Report is furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner across the bar.

4. Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this petition is closed, with liberty to the petitioner, to work out his remedies in the manner known to law.
