The present petition has been filed seeking to amend the cause title in the name of the petitioner as M/s.Vedanta Limited, Rep. by its AGM-Finance, Mr.Rajkumar Basak, Sterlite Copper, SIPCOT Industrial Complex, Madurai Bye Pass Road, T.V.Puram Post, Tuticorin, Tamil Nadu - 628 002, instead of M/s.Sterlite Industries (India) Limited, Rep. by its Associate Vice President, Sri.V.Santhikumar, No.1, Sai Flats, No.55, Pillayar Koil Street, Kanagam, Tharamani, Chennai - 600 113.

2. Heard both sides. The learned Government Advocate (T) appearing for the respondents stated No Objection in ordering this petition.

3. In view of the said submission, having regard to the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this petition and being satisfied with the same, this Amendment Petition is ordered as prayed for.
