ORDER

The petitioner seeks for a direction, directing the respondent No.2 to provide the educational loan amount of Rs.6,77,000/- (Six lakhs and seventy seven thousand only) for the academic years from 2023-2027 to the petitioners daughter Sahana to continue her studies.

2. Status report is filed by the first respondent indicating that the bank has sought certain document from the petitioner and on receipt of the document sought by the bank, the petitioner's education loan will be sanctioned within 15 days, provided all the documents are produced.

3. Such view of the matter, it is for the petitioner to produce all the relevant document before the concerned bank as sought by the bank. Accordingly, this petition stands closed. No costs.
