2. Today, when these matters were called, the learned counsel appearing for the applicant submitted through video conferencing that final order has already been passed in O.P.No.855 of 2010 dated 26.09.2018 granting liberty to the applicant to approach the Civil Court.

3. In such view of the matter, nothing survives for further adjudication and hence, both these applications are closed. It is for the applicant to approach the Civil Court for getting appropriate orders. Sd/.N.S.K.J.
