The matter is placed before this court on the letter received from the court below, seeking extension of time to complete the proceedings in S.T.C.No.583 of 2017 on the file of the Fast Track Court No.II (Judicial Magistrate Level), Erode.

2. The learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Erode, had sought for extension of six months, considering the prevailing pandemic situation, this court feels it appropriate to extend the time by six months and accordingly, it is extended by six months from the date of receipt of communication from the Registry.
