Hence this Court directed the matter to be listed under the caption "for dismissal". Even though the writ petition is listed today under the caption "for dismissal", there is no representation for the petitioner. Hence this Court has no other option, but to dismiss the writ petition for non prosecution. Accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed for non prosecution. Consequently, interim order stands vacated and the W.M.P.No.4746 of 2020 is also dismissed.
