ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for direction to respondents 1 to 3 to hold the No Confidence Motion in a proper manner as per the Tamil Nadu Panchayat Act, 1994 and the Rules thereunder on the basis of the representation of the petitioner dated 20.12.2023 recalling the Meeting held on 18.12.2023 as invalid.

The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the prayer sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous. 2/4

In view of the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
