3. The appellant was the plaintiff in O.S.No.281 of 1986 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Sirkali. That suit was dismissed by judgment and decree dated 28.10.1983. 4. The appeal has not yet been admitted. Only notice was directed. It was actually posted 'for dismissal' as early as 14.09.1998 and on that date, notice of motion was directed returnable in four weeks. The appellant is not interested in prosecuting the appeal. 5. This Second Appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs.
