2020 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. DEEPAN UDAY, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. S.KARTHIKEYAN, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- (The case has been heard through video conference) This petition is filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners i.e., the petitioners should report before the respondent police daily 10.30 a.m. For a period of two weeks and thereafter, every Monday 10.30 a.m. Until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.14026 of 2020 dated 09.09.2020.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl.side) appearing for the State submitted that the petitioners are regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.14026 of 2020 dated 09.09.2020.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.14026 of 2020 dated 09.09.2020, is relaxed, however the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required.

5. This petition is ordered accordingly.
