ORDER
This writ petition has been filed, seeking for a limited relief.
2. The petitioners seek for early disposal of the petitioners' appeal dated 12.03.2025 pending on the file of the first respondent.
3. Aggrieved by the order of the third respondent dated 28.06.2024, the petitioners have preferred an appeal before the first respondent dated
12.03.2025.
4. Mr.R.Ramanlal, learned Additional Advocate General assisted by Mr. D.Ravichander, learned Special Government Pleader accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.
5. No prejudice would be caused to the respondents if the petitioners' appeal dated 12.03.2025 is directed to be disposed of by the first respondent within a time frame to be fixed by this Court after hearing the objections of the fourth respondent as well as any other third party whom the first respondent deems it fit to enquire by adhering to the principles of natural justice within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
6. Since no adverse orders are passed against the fourth respondent, notice to the fourth respondent is dispensed with by this Court.
7. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's appeal dated 12.03.2025.
8. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the first respondent to dispose of the appeal dated 12.03.2025 filed by the petitioners within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order
after hearing the objections of the fourth respondent as well as any other third party whom the first respondent deems it fit to enquire by adhering to the principles of natural justice. No Costs. Consequently, W.M.P. No.351 of 2026 is ordered subject to payment of separate Court fee and W.M.P. No.352 of 2026 is closed.
