This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.54 of 2012 on the file of the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate Court, Vaniyambadi. 2.The learned Government Advocate [Crl. Side] appearing on behalf of the respondent Police submitted that in C.C.No.54 of 2012, the petitioner has been acquitted and the case has been disposed by the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Vaniyambadi by its Judgment dated 12.01.2018. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
