Respondents Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to take appropriate action based on the representation of the petitioner-Association dated 12.11.2015 to modify the conditions in participating the LPG Tender without insisting to keep the Tanker Truck and to conduct State-wise Tender based on the available members of the SC, ST and MSE members.

O R D E R

The learned counsel, appearing on behalf of the third respondent, made a submission that the Tender is under challenge in the present writ petition.

2. The relief sought for in the present writ petition is to modify the Tender conditions.

3. Due to efflux of time, the cause aroused for filing the present writ petition did not exist. Thus, no further adjudication is required in the present writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition stands closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
