This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.20962 of 2022 on 02.09.2022, that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m and 05.30 p.m for a period of four weeks.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to that effect, that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m, for a period of three months.
