C.M.P.No.1814 of 2024 in C.M.A.SR.No.1747 of 2024 KRISHNAN RAMASAMY, J.

This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 213 days in filing the above appeal.

2. Ms.R.Rathna Thara, learned counsel takes notice for the 2nd respondent and would submit that she have no objection in allowing this petition subject to the waiver of interest for the delayed period. Further, she requests to print her name while listing the appeal.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons assigned by the petitioner, this Court is inclined to allow this petition.

4. Accordingly, this petition is allowed and the delay of 213 days in filing the appeals is condonned subject to the waiver of interest on the enhanced compensation for the delayed period.

5. The Registry is directed to print the name of Ms.R.Rathna Thara, learned counsel for the 2nd respondent, while listing the appeal.
