(Order of the Court was made by M.S.Ramesh, J.) Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

2. On the ground that the petitioner is in financial distress and unable to comply with the order of this Court dated 26.02.2025, insofar as it imposes a cost of Rs.10,000/-, this petition is listed under the caption 'for recording compliance' today.

3. The petitioner along with her children, though were not summoned by us to appear before this Court, are present. She expresses that they are in financial distress and therefore, she seeks for a lenient view.

4. Considering the plight of the petitioner, the order of this Court dated 26.02.2025, insofar as it imposes cost of Rs.10,000/- payable to the High Court Legal Services Authority, Chennai, stands deleted and no further order is required in the present Habeas Corpus Petition.
