By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal.

2. The prayer in this writ petition is for a Mandamus directing the second respondent to consider the petitioner's appeal dated 09.12.2019 and dispose of the appeal within the time period fixed by this Court.

3. Mr.Sathishkumar, learned Standing Counsel for the respondents / TASMAC submitted that the petitioner's appeal will be considered and orders will be passed at the earliest.

4. In view of the above, this Court directs the second respondent to consider the petitioner's appeal dated 09.12.2019 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above directions, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
