J U D G M E N T

This Second Appeal has been filed to set aside the Judgment and Decree passed in A.S.No.29 of 1997 on the file of Additional Subordinate Judge, Nagapattinam dated 16.04.1997 reversing the Judgment and Decree passed in O.S.No.213 of 1990 on the file of District Munsif Court, Thiruthuraipoondi dated 26.03.1996. 2.In this matter, the sole appellant and the sole respondent reported dead. Today, the learned counsel for the appellant has made an endorsement as reporting "No Instructions". Hence, this second appeal is dismissed as abated. No costs.
