Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed by this Hon`ble Court that the petitioner has to appear before the respondent police on 1st and 3rd monday of every month at 10.30 am until further orders in Crl.M.P.No.5916 of 2020 in Crl OP.No.5013/2020 dated 13.10.2020.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.SARAVANA KUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner, and of MR.S.KARTHIKEYAN, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR, on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- (The case has been heard through video conference) This application is filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court against the petitioner directing him to report before the respondent police on 1st and 3rd Monday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State submitted that the petitioner is regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.5916 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.5013 of 2020, dated 13.10.2020.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.5916 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.5013 of 2020, dated 13.10.2020 is relaxed, however the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.

5. This petition is ordered accordingly.
