This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.28092 of 2022 on 25.11.2022 to report before the Additional District Court, Mayiladuthurai, at 10.30 a.m on all working days until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted the petitioners are complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioners are relaxed. However, the petitioners shall appear before the trial Court on all hearing dates without fail until further orders.
