(CRIME NO.1870 OF 2020) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition passed in the bail order dated 14.12.2020 in Crl.O.P.No.18704/2020 that the petitioners shall report before stay at vellore and report before the Sathuvachary Police, everyday at 10.30 am for until further orders.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.P.MURALI, Advocate for the petitioner, and of MR.S.KARTHIKEYAN, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR, on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P No.18704 of 2020 dated 14.12.2020, that the petitioner shall stay at Vellore and report before the Sathuvacherry Police Station everyday at 10.30 a.m until further orders.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P No.18704 of 2020 dated 14.12.2020.

would further submi that investigation has been completed and charge sheet is yet to be filed.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P No.18704 of 2020 dated 14.12.020 is relaxed. However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police once in a week at 10.30 a.m until further orders.
