.. Respondents /Defendants This case came up for settlement before the Lok Adalat. Both the parties are present. Mr.C.Hanumantha Rao, learned counsel for the appellant and Mr.N.Ramanujam, learned counsel for the first respondent are present.

TERMS OF SETTLEMENT Both appellant and his counsel as well as the first respondent and his counsel are present. Today appellant as well as first respondent as well as their respective counsel filed a Joint Memo of Compromise in settling the claim to the tune of Rs.3,50,000/- in full quit and the said amount of Rs.3,50,000/- was also paid by way of Demand Draft No.856758 dated 07.01.2020 drawn in favour of appellant/Andra Bank, Mowbrays Road Branch,

and the same was also handed over to the appellant Official viz., Mr.P.Naresh, Assistant General Manager of the Branch. The parties today appeared also fairly admitted about the said compromise entered into and put their signature in the said compromise memo and filed the same before this Court. Hence after perusing memo of compromise and recording the same, in view of the said compromise arrived at the appeal filed by the appellant is dismissed as settled out of Court i.e. before this Lok Adalat. The aforesaid Joint Memo of Compromise is treated as part and parcel of the decreee.

2. The full Court fee paid shall be refunded to the appellant in the manner provided under Section 69-A of the Tamil Nadu Court-Fees and Suits Valuation Act, 1955 and the Court Fees Act, 1870 as provided for under sub Sec.1 of Section 21 r/w 25 of LSA Act 1987 as amended in 1994 and there shall be no demand for additional Court fee.
