The learned counsel for the appellant seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal. An endorsement has also been made stating that entire compensation has been deposited and the same may be withdrawn by the claimant.

2.In view of the above, the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
