ORDER

This writ petition is filed for direction directing the first respondent herein to consider and pass orders on the revision petition dated 22.09.2021 submitted under Patta Passbook Act to set aside the order dated 27.08.2021 passed by the Revenue Divisional Officer the second respondent herein and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

subsequent orders dated 09.03.2012 passed by the third respondent herein and restore the earlier patta bearing No.617 issued in favour of the petitioner herein for the lands in survey No.290/26 to total extent of 0.0099 sq.ft. of Pakkambadi Village, Chinna Salem Taluk, Kallakurichi District.

2. Heard, Mr.V.R.Appaswamee, the learned counsel for the petitioner, and Mr.V.Jeevagiridharan, Additional Government Pleader appearing for respondents 1 to 3.

3. As against the order passed by the second respondent, the petitioner filed appeal before the first respondent on 22.09.2021 and it is pending. Considering the same, the first respondent is directed to issue notice to the petitioner and the fourth respondent herein and conduct enquiry after giving them opportunity of hearing and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
