This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent for non compliance of the order dated 12.01.2022 passed by this Court in W.P.No.17086 of 2020, thereby directing the respondent to issue notice to the

petitioner and counter parties, if any and after giving opportunity of hearing to them, pass order on merits and in accordance with law. 2.

The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent submitted that as directed by this Court, the respondent conducted enquiry and issued patta on 15.02.2023 in favour of the petitioner. He also produced a copy of the order dated 04.07.2023 sent by the respondent. 3.
