JUDGMENT

The Civil Miscellaneous Second Appeal has been filed against the Judgment and Decree dated 17.07.2000 made in C.M.A.No.33 of 1997 on the file of II Additional District and Sessions-cum-Chief Judicial Magistrate, Krishnagiri, confirming the order and decree dated 07.10.1996 made in M.O.P.No.23 of 1996 on the file of the Sub Court, Hosur.

2. This appeal is filed in the year of 2000. Even though the matter is pending for more than 18 years, the appellant has not taken any steps to serve notice to respondent till date. Even today, there is no representation on behalf of the appellant. Therefore, it is made clear that the appellant is not interested to proceed with the case.
