The Second Appeal is filed under Section 100 of CPC against the judgment and decree dated 11.12.1997 in A.S.No.35 of 1997 on the file of the Sub Court, Gobichettipalayam reversing the judgment and decree dated 16.10.1995 in O.S.No.80 of 1983 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Gobichettipalayam. JUDGMENT

The second appeal is directed as against the judgment and decree dated 11.12.1997 in A.S.No.35 of 1997 on the file of the Sub Court, Gobichettipalayam reversing the judgment and decree dated 16.10.1995 in O.S.No.80 of 1983 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Gobichettipalayam.

2. The learned counsel for the appellants submitted that the sole appellant already died, and on verification it has been found that the only son of the sole appellant also died. Therefore, she could not find out any other legal heir of the sole appellant.

3. Therefore, the second appeal is dismissed as abated. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. No costs.
