Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to grant an Interim stay of operation of impugned proceedings in J1/PR12/2014 U/R 3(b) dated 24.12.2014 issued by the 2nd respondent as confirmed in proceedings in C.No.D2/930/2015, dated 19.02.2015 issued by the 1st respondent, (in WMP.No.276/2020) pending disposal of the above W.P.No.21816/2015 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr. V. BHIMAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr. J. RAMESH, ADDITIONAL GOVERNMENT PLEADER for 1st to 3rd Respondents the court made the following order:- This Miscellaneous Petition has been filed praying to grant an Interim stay of operation of impugned proceedings in J1/PR12/2014 U/R. 3(b) dt. 24.12.2014 issued by the second respondent as confirmed in proceedings in C.No.D2/930/2015 dt. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
